Warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty applies only when the product has been used under normal conditions and has not failed or deteriorated due to: alteration or modification, improper or unreasonable use, lack of maintenance, neglect, or abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or rewiring, exposure to moisture, fire, improper storage, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. Exclusions - this warranty does not cover: labor or material costs for original installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product, labor or material costs related to any damage caused at the installation location, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Remedy - if, after inspection by toltec company, inc. , the product is determined to be defective and covered under this limited warranty, toltec will, at its discretion: provide a replacement product (if available), or offer another product of equal or lesser value if the original model is no longer in our product line, or issue a refund to the original payment method for the original purchase price. In all cases, toltec company, inc. 's maximum liability under this warranty will not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product.
