MedSys Partners with National Healthcare System

Share

MedSys Group is currently serving as an implementation partner for a national healthcare system’s journey to a new EMR. The client was faced with the challenge of converting 20 hospitals currently running 3 disparate EMR platforms in various locations across the US. While choosing Cerner to provide their software, the client engaged MedSys Group to assist with contracting and implementation. The project is initially rolling out Cerner Millennium to 6 sites on the east coast, with an additional 4 to follow and eventually 10 more sites across the western US. As Cerner was making progress on the initial sites, MedSys Group was also engaged to perform a project validation assessment and supply key management information in the run-up to a successful go-live.

At future sites, MedSys Group is currently providing program leadership and Cerner implementation services as planning and initial work is getting off the ground.

MedSys Group will continue to provide managed services for their training and activation initiatives, as well as ongoing advisory services and implementation support.
